Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Here is exactly how it works, so there are no surprises.

1. Email us

Send a message to snapmarket007@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• A short description of the issue
• Photos or a short video if the item arrived damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not power on

The photos matter. For a fault or a damaged delivery we can often resolve it straight away, which means you may not need to ship anything back at all.

2. Wait for return instructions

Please do not post anything back before you hear from us. We do not publish a return address, because the right destination depends on the item and the reason. A parcel sent without authorisation cannot be matched to your order.

We reply with a decision and, where a return is needed, written instructions telling you exactly where to send it and how.

3. Your refund

Once the return is approved, or once we have confirmed a fault from your photos, we refund your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Condition

Items need to be unworn and unused, in original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Try it on indoors before wearing it out, the same as anything else you buy online.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us with photos as soon as you notice. We will make it right.

Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Email your order number as soon as possible.
