Welcome to COZEON. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them before using our website or purchasing our products.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms of service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after a change indicates acceptance of the new terms.

3. Products

COZEON sells heated apparel and accessories that operate using a separately purchased USB power bank. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase, through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, in original and unworn condition. Returns must be authorised by us before you send anything back. See Returns for the process and our Refund Policy for the full terms.

7. Product information

We publish the specifications provided by our manufacturer. Where a specification has not been supplied to us, we say so rather than estimate it. Product images are supplied by the manufacturer and are representative of the item.

8. Safe use

COZEON heated garments run on standard USB power. Remove the power bank before cleaning and follow the care label attached to the garment. Discontinue use if a garment or power bank is damaged.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COZEON is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
