Shipping Policy

Everything we sell ships within the United States, tracked, from our overseas fulfilment partner.

Where we ship

United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific are processed the next business day. During peak season this can take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days from the day you order, with tracking.

That is slower than a domestic warehouse and we would rather tell you up front than surprise you. Your items ship from our fulfilment partner overseas, so transit time varies with carrier volume, customs processing and weather. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $50. For smaller orders, the exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Order Tracking page.

If something goes wrong

If your order passes the 20 business day window, or your tracking stops updating, email snapmarket007@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate it with the carrier.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will resolve it.
