How to pick your size

Two things decide your size: your chest measurement, and what you plan to wear underneath.

Measure your chest

  1. Stand relaxed and breathe normally.
  2. Run a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
  3. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.
  4. Note the number in inches.

Then choose

  • Over a t-shirt or thin base layer: take your usual size.
  • Over a hoodie or a thick mid-layer: go one size up.
  • Between two sizes: go up. This is designed to sit over what you already wear, not against the skin.

What powers it, and is a battery included?

A USB power bank powers it, and no, one is not included. That is deliberate: you can use a power bank you already own instead of paying for a proprietary battery. Any standard USB power bank will connect to it.

How do I control the heat?

One button, three levels. Press to cycle from low to medium to high. You can change it without taking the garment off.

How do I choose a size?

Open the size guide next to the size selector. Measure your chest, then take your usual size over a t-shirt, or size up if you are layering.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days, tracked. Our fulfilment partner is overseas, which is why it is not two days.

What if it does not fit?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it unworn, in original condition. Email snapmarket007@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

How do I wash it?

Always unplug and remove the power bank first, then follow the care label attached to the garment.
